The HR Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals to drive performance, engagement, and compliance. Reporting to the Senior Director of HR Operations & Employee Relations, this role partners closely with managers to provide guidance on employee relations, talent management, and workforce planning. The ideal candidate combines strong interpersonal skills with deep HR expertise to deliver solutions that support both employees and business objectives.
Job Responsibility
Partner with business leaders to implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals
Provide guidance on employee relations issues, performance management, and policy interpretation
Support talent management initiatives, including succession planning and workforce development
Collaborate with HR leadership on engagement programs and culture-building activities
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across assigned business units
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve organizational effectiveness
Assist with investigations and resolution of employee concerns
Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
Master’s degree preferred
5+ years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations and strategic HR support
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels of the organization
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
Nice to have
