The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) plays a critical role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives. This position acts as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, serving as a change agent and employee champion. The HRBP formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization.
Job Responsibility:
Partner with leadership to develop and implement effective organizational and people-related strategies
Collaborate with your internal clients to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results
Deliver people solutions to creatively solve business challenges in areas such as employee engagement, workforce planning, cultural change, compensation review and change management
Guide and coach people managers on how to appropriately manage and resolve people or organizational challenges (e.g. sucession planning, performance management, conflict management, retention)
Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development
Partner with other HRBPs, cross functional teams and HR COEs such as Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition in developing and delivering the best practices to the business groups
Analyze and interpret data to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions to your client group. Use relevant sources to produce key indicators and insights to the business to monitor the effectiveness of the people agenda
Participate in company-wide programs and initiatives, develop and interpret local HR policies, procedures, guidelines, and programs ensuring alignment with Lam Research Corporate Programs while meeting the local business needs and compliance
Requirements:
Minimum bachelor’s degree in business or human resources
10+ years of experience in HR for multiple disciplines
At least 5 years of HR business partnering experience
Passionate in making a difference and in playing a role in organization transformation
Experience developing and leading strategic staffing initiatives
Ability to work collaboratively across organizations
Ability to build trusted partnerships and influence outcomes at varying levels of the business
Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving and decision-making skills and ability to handle sensitive situations/documentation
Strong skills in spoken and written German (native level) and English language
Strong focus on results
