Partner with the BU leadership team to deliver the people strategy. Manage the full employee life cycle from onboarding to exit. Lead workforce and resource planning, ensuring future capability needs are met. Support and coach managers on performance and probation management. Develop and implement employee retention initiatives. Lead and advise on disciplinary investigations and hearings. Drive talent management and succession planning, ensuring action plans are in place. Prepare and present HR updates, data and people metrics at board meetings. Oversee the annual pay review process. Provide day to day HR support and guidance across the business. Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.
