This role leads the development of the People plan for and business partners with the relevant leadership counterparts. The role is responsible for supporting the UK HR agenda within the relevant teams and aligning to the wider functional HR Strategy and business needs.
Job Responsibility:
Partner with leaders at a L3 level to deliver functional people plans aligned to the broader functional HR strategy
Support organisational design and change execution, including integration programmes and structural transitions within the sub-function
Own employment cost forecasting and budgeting across the supported sub-functions, ensuring financial rigour and alignment with business targets
Manage employee relations case and TUPE if required ensuring legal compliance and business continuity
Align cross-functional HR priorities, frameworks, and initiatives to enable consistent delivery and impact
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, enabling effective decision-making through data-driven insights and HR expertise
Champion inclusive practices and cultural transformation
Requirements:
Significant experience in a HR Business Partner generalist role in a matrix organisation is essential
Significant experience managing Organisational Design in a HRBP or People Transformation capacity is essential
Knowledge of all aspects of HR, with a good understanding of UK employment-related regulations and legislation is essential
Ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders is essential
Nice to have:
Prior Telecommunications experience is desired
CIPD qualification is desired
