Seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for a short-term contract at a well-known healthcare organisation in the CBD. While the role is HRBP in title, the focus will be on Employee Relations and case management, including investigations, managing grievances, performance management, and terminations. There is the option to transition to a permanent role, which would broaden into a more generalist HRBP scope.
Job Responsibility:
Provide coaching and advice to leaders/managers on ER matters
Lead investigations, grievance and disciplinary processes
Support managers across workforce planning and HR projects
Build manager and employee capability through coaching and masterclasses
Requirements:
Strong HRBP or Employee Relations experience
Confident managing complex ER matters
Experience in healthcare, aged care or similar highly regarded
Able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
