We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Houston, Texas. This is a long-term contract position that requires a dynamic, detail-oriented individual who can actively contribute to process improvements, policy evaluations, and hands-on HR support. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the HR Manager to drive impactful initiatives and provide day-to-day operational assistance.
Job Responsibility:
Evaluate and enhance existing HR processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
Review current HR documentation and policies to identify gaps and propose actionable solutions
Develop frameworks and strategies to address organizational needs and ensure compliance
Provide hands-on support in executing HR projects and managing daily tasks
Assist in employee relations and investigations to resolve workplace concerns
Collaborate with the HR Manager to support performance management initiatives
Offer insights and recommendations to strengthen HR practices and policies
Work directly with employees and management to address HR-related issues and maintain a positive work environment
Ensure thorough documentation of policies and procedures to align with organizational goals
Requirements:
Proven experience in employee relations, including handling investigations and resolving workplace issues
Strong knowledge of HR policies and administrative procedures
Expertise in performance management processes and strategies
Ability to analyze and improve HR documentation and frameworks
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and solving HR-related challenges
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills
