Arrow Electronics is looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist II to join us in Guadalajara! We’re looking for a candidate with HR Generalist experience that is looking to grow within their HR career. Job Responsibility:
Provide HR Business Partnership/Generalist support to a group of Managers and Directors, including employee relations, talent acquisition, talent management and development, policies and procedures, compensation and performance metrics, change management initiatives and other programs that support the business in achieving its objectives
Counseling managers on subjects such as performance issues and engagement
Preparing documentation and making recommendations to resolve employee related issues, problems and performance management concerns
Providing support to managers or employees in matters relating to HR policies and practices
Participate in various HR performance management processes including performance reviews, annual goal setting, and compensation reviews
Act as a liaison to HR Shared Services Center on a variety of situations including leaves, payroll changes, and benefits
Leading the company efforts to comply with NOM 035 Requirements: Identify psychosocial risk factors through conducting 2 surveys - every 2 years
Analyze results and implement measures to correct and prevent psychosocial risk factors
Follow up with leaders to make sure measures are being applied with the team - periodically (every 1 or 2 months)
Provide HR reporting support including research, analysis of business requests, problem solving, issue tracking and resolution
Support the development of business relevant analytics
Provide reporting support on ad hoc projects or requests
Apply analytical and research skills
Conduct investigation process, interviewing, documenting, taking actions until case's closure
Provide training to managers an individual contributors
Requirements:
3 to 5 years of experience as a HR Business Partner
Understanding of Mexican employment law, State and Federal regulations (NOMS), HR principles and compliance
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
must be fluent in English & Spanish
Employee Relations acumen / understanding
Knowledge of HR functional disciplines such as employee relations and investigations, staffing, compensation /benefits, organization development, training, performance management, corrective actions, etc.
Strong collaboration abilities, must be able to build and maintain effective working relationships with clients, coworkers and other partners
Advanced experience in Microsoft Excel and the ability to furnish succinct, easy-to-read reports that deliver on organization needs
