Job Responsibility

  • Partner closely with business leaders to understand transformation objectives and evolving needs
  • Translate transformation plans into clear people priorities and deliverables
  • Lead and coordinate people-related activities across major transformation programmes
  • Ensure all people initiatives are delivered on time, aligned to project plans, and support business outcomes
  • Provide strategic input to shape workforce, culture, and change approaches during transformation

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR leader in complex transformation programmes
  • Strong knowledge of organisational design, change management, and workforce planning
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels
  • High level of emotional intelligence and a wide understanding of people issues
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to drive decisions

Nice to have

  • CIPD Qualified Level 5 or equivalent experience
  • Experience of working in a clinical/regulated environment
