Partner with the Customer Development (CD) Leadership Team to translate commercial priorities into people, organisation and culture plans. Enable a high‑performance environment by strengthening capability, leadership effectiveness, organisation design and ways of working. Deliver HR interventions that directly accelerate Customer Development’s business outcomes.
Job Responsibility:
Partner with CD Leadership to shape and execute the people & organisation agenda aligned with business priorities
Use data-driven insights to diagnose organisation and capability gaps and recommend interventions
Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, capability needs and future-fit organisation design
Lead the full talent cycle for CD: talent reviews, succession planning, career pathways and movement
Partner with Expertise Teams to build commercial capabilities (e-commerce, digital selling, CD fundamentals, strategic customer partnership)
Coach CD leaders to strengthen people leadership, team effectiveness and inclusive behaviours
Drive organization design changes, ways-of-working upgrades and team structure improvements
Lead cultural and transformation initiatives to build high-performance and collaboration across channels
Use analytics, pulse insights and performance indicators to measure impact and adjust interventions
Partner with the People Experience team to ensure smooth, accurate and timely HR operational delivery
Monitor service quality, escalate issues when required, and drive continuous improvement
Manage CD HR budget with full compliance to financial governance
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with strong experience in HR Business Partnering or HR functional roles
Deep working knowledge of core HR processes, talent management, and organisation development
Demonstrated experience in supporting change, partnering senior stakeholders and navigating matrix structures
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data for decision-making
Solid understanding of local labour legislation (for direction-setting
ER/IR escalation managed by dedicated ER/IR Manager)
Exposure to Customer Development / Sales / Marketing environments
Experience collaborating with Capability/Expertise teams and People Experience teams
