Job Description:

The HR Business Partner Team Lead is responsible for managing a team and delivering HR services and solutions to enhance organizational performance and ensure business alignment.

Job Responsibility:

Manage a team HR Business Partners to accomplish established goals and conduct personnel duties for team
coach and develop managers to build manager and employee capability, lead Employee Relations issues with business managers, and ensure appropriate advice is given
partner with Human Resources Advisors and Centers of Excellence on HR priorities
coordinate and ensure seamless end-to-end delivery of global priorities and life cycle processes
facilitate organizational change as required by the business
advise, train, and direct HR Generalists in HR-related work
work closely with business and HRAs to ensure business alignment and HR priorities are met
coach and influence business partners to improve their individual leadership regarding talent and performance
manage business and HR projects/initiatives including Performance Management, Diversity, Talent Reviews, Organizational Design, Year-End Compensation, and Voice of the Employee
maintain management, employee, HR colleagues, stakeholder, and internal/external relationships
assess risk when business decisions are made, ensuring compliance and ethical behavior

Requirements:

10+ years of relevant experience
demonstrated ability to relate to and influence individuals at all levels
consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
