Job Description

HR Business Partner Support - Public Sector (Remote working). We are currently looking for an HRBP Support professional to play a vital role within our clients Core HRBP team, working closely with HR Business Partners to deliver high-quality, insight-driven people solutions that directly support strategic priorities.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and deliver critical projects that advance our clients people agenda, working autonomously or alongside a lead HRBP to deliver work to an exceptional standard
  • Analyse and deliver insights from the Core DG People Survey, reviewing results for each area, identifying priority improvement areas and recommending HR actions for the next 12 months
  • Assess and update Strategic Workforce Plans across DG areas, highlighting risks, gaps and opportunities to support current and future business needs
  • Review succession plans for each DG area, ensuring clear action planning is in place for both HR and the business
  • Strengthen Core HRBP team ways of working, assessing portfolio responsibilities, collaboration and shared learning - informed by the team People Survey results
  • Maintain high-quality HR data and insight, ensuring information is current, accurate and central to HR engagement with the business

Requirements

  • Strong experience supporting or working within an HR business partnering environment
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear, practical HR actions
  • Confidence working autonomously while collaborating closely with senior HR colleagues
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive, improvement-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes
  • A clear DBS check (we will complete this free of charge)
  • The ability to provide three years of employment references
