Job Description

HR Business Partner (Operational) six month interim role. A national role based across a number of offices in England, Wales and Scotland. Join a public sector organisation committed to delivering impactful services and supporting its people. Operating across multiple offices in England, Wales, and Scotland, this medium-sized team focuses on operational excellence and fostering a positive, collaborative working environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Experienced HR Business Partner with operational expertise
  • Strong stakeholder management and coaching skills
  • Ability to drive change and influence at senior levels
  • Supporting organisational change via implementation and successful monitoring of performance
  • Lead and manage a small HR team
  • Support and lead on employee relations case management
  • Managing the recruitment pipeline
  • Develop and maintain workforce planning, succession planning, and HR metrics
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver HR objectives
  • Manage recruitment, absence, and performance monitoring

Requirements

  • CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent), or working towards CIPD Level 7
  • Delivering HR in a public sector organisation or similar
  • Working in HR in a comparable operational role
  • Strong partnership and stakeholder management skills
  • A solution-focused approach
  • Leading and implementing change management initiatives
  • Pay and reward processes
