Job Responsibility:
Experienced HR Business Partner with operational expertise
Strong stakeholder management and coaching skills
Ability to drive change and influence at senior levels
Supporting organisational change via implementation and successful monitoring of performance
Lead and manage a small HR team
Support and lead on employee relations case management
Managing the recruitment pipeline
Develop and maintain workforce planning, succession planning, and HR metrics
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver HR objectives
Manage recruitment, absence, and performance monitoring
Requirements:
CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent), or working towards CIPD Level 7
Delivering HR in a public sector organisation or similar
Working in HR in a comparable operational role
Strong partnership and stakeholder management skills
A solution-focused approach
Leading and implementing change management initiatives
