Job Description:

As an HR Business Partner Manager, you will play a key on-site leadership role as a thought partner to aligned business leadership and their teams. In this role, you will be responsible for building successful relationships with their business partners to execute strategy that will positively impact the Supply Chain Network.

Job Responsibility:

Build successful relationships with business partners to execute strategy
Work with HR Centers of Excellence and HR Shared Services
Execute site specific responsibilities including workforce planning, talent acquisition, training, change management, compensation, colleague engagement, culture, and enterprise HR initiatives
Coach and develop leaders to optimize performance
Manage multiple and changing HR priorities
Evaluate impact of site programs/strategies
Implement proactive staffing strategies
Optimize organizational effectiveness
Shape site culture
Support engagement activities
Facilitate HR solutions for difficult situations

Requirements:

5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
Strong communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to influence and coach at all levels of leadership
Effective organization and planning skills
Proven analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
Ability to translate business challenges into HR solutions
Ability to travel up to 10%-15% (including plane travel)
Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
