Job Description

If you’re an experienced HR Business professional, with a passion for Learning & Development, and are looking to make your mark in your next role, this could be the opportunity for you! We’re looking for a HR Generalist who has experience of core activities like discipline / grievances, absence & performance management, recruitment, as well as supporting business growth through broader activities such as colleague engagement and supporting managers. What will truly differentiate you is your commitment to developing people and capability across the business. You’ll be a key part of the HR team, working with world-class scientists across a range of fields, working on anything from moon dust to microbiology – you’ll be hard pressed to find this breadth of activities in any other organisation. Ideally, you’ll have CIPD level 5 or equivalent experience and a science or business degree would be advantageous.
