Reporting directly into the Group Head of Human Resources, you will work closely in a team of 5 and responsible for driving the people agenda and HR strategies for 120+ employees in Singapore.
Job Responsibility
Lead the design and implementation of human resource strategies that align with long-term organisational objectives
including effective HR project roll-outs, ongoing development of HR policies, business partnering with key stakeholders and end to end HR services
Drive Best Practices in the areas of policies, recruitment, compensation and benefits, talent management, performance management, learning and development and workforce planning
Adopt data-driven methodologies to analyse trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies
Manage complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary reviews and administrative appeals
Drive digital transformation initiatives by optimizing HRMS to improve data-driven decision-making
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of Human Resources experience, ideally within financial services, fund / asset management, private equity or the public sector
Excellent knowledge of all aspects of Human Resources including HR operations, performance management, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition and management, training and employee relations
Proven track record as a business partner to senior stakeholders
facilitating business strategy and capability building
Possess good business acumen and experienced in presenting solutions for business needs to stakeholders
Strong leadership capability, experienced guiding teams and managing high-level stakeholder relationships
Practices discretion and confidentiality with a high level of professionalism
Proficiency in WorkDay and Microsoft Office
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
