Job Description

Reporting directly into the Group Head of Human Resources, you will work closely in a team of 5 and responsible for driving the people agenda and HR strategies for 120+ employees in Singapore.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the design and implementation of human resource strategies that align with long-term organisational objectives
  • including effective HR project roll-outs, ongoing development of HR policies, business partnering with key stakeholders and end to end HR services
  • Drive Best Practices in the areas of policies, recruitment, compensation and benefits, talent management, performance management, learning and development and workforce planning
  • Adopt data-driven methodologies to analyse trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies
  • Manage complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary reviews and administrative appeals
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives by optimizing HRMS to improve data-driven decision-making

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of Human Resources experience, ideally within financial services, fund / asset management, private equity or the public sector
  • Excellent knowledge of all aspects of Human Resources including HR operations, performance management, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition and management, training and employee relations
  • Proven track record as a business partner to senior stakeholders
  • facilitating business strategy and capability building
  • Possess good business acumen and experienced in presenting solutions for business needs to stakeholders
  • Strong leadership capability, experienced guiding teams and managing high-level stakeholder relationships
  • Practices discretion and confidentiality with a high level of professionalism
  • Proficiency in WorkDay and Microsoft Office
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
