Job Description:

As a HR Business Partner supporting the HR Director for EMEA Enterprise Sales in our London Office, you’ll play a vital role in contributing to the well-being and success of our sales teams. Working closely with the HR Director, you will provide day-to-day HR support to leaders and employees, contribute to employee relations activity, and help ensure consistent, high-quality execution of people processes from hire to exit across EMEA. The role offers broad exposure to operational and advisory HR work, alongside opportunities to develop judgement and capability through involvement in a range of people matters.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide first-line HR advice to managers and employees across EMEA on policies, people processes, and employee lifecycle matters
  • Support managers with performance management, parental leave, absence issues, flexible working requests, and general employee queries, escalating appropriately where required
  • Support the HR Director in managing employee relations cases, including documentation, preparation for meetings, and coordination with local HR or legal partners as needed
  • Partner closely with the HR Shared Service Centre (SSC) to ensure smooth handling of transactional, repetitive, and location-agnostic HR activities
  • Maintain accurate records, trackers, and documentation to support effective case management and reporting
  • Build effective working relationships with managers and employees, developing credibility through responsiveness, clarity, and follow-through

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a generalist HR role
  • A solid grounding in core HR processes and employee relations, with a desire to deepen your experience
  • Strong organisational skills, and comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
