Job Description

As an HR Business Partner, you will: Partner with senior Digital leaders to translate transformation strategies into actionable people agendas. Drive the design and delivery of people interventions that enhance Digital, Data, and AI capabilities. Act as a thought partner and coach, influencing leadership behaviours and organisational effectiveness. Shape the evolution of our Digital organisation's operating model and talent strategies. Collaborate with various teams to deliver impactful people solutions at scale.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR business partnering, particularly in a digital or transformation context
  • Strong commercial insight and the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity
  • Excellent coaching and influencing skills to drive leadership accountability
  • A passion for fostering inclusive, high-performing teams
  • Familiarity with Digital, Data, and AI capabilities is a plus

Nice to have

  • Experience in organisational design and workforce planning
  • Knowledge of talent management and succession planning strategies
