Job Responsibility:

  • Partner with senior Digital leaders to translate transformation strategies into actionable people agendas
  • Drive the design and delivery of people interventions that enhance Digital, Data, and AI capabilities
  • Act as a thought partner and coach, influencing leadership behaviours and organisational effectiveness
  • Shape the evolution of our Digital organisation's operating model and talent strategies
  • Collaborate with various teams to deliver impactful people solutions at scale

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR business partnering, particularly in a digital or transformation context
  • Strong commercial insight and the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity
  • Excellent coaching and influencing skills to drive leadership accountability
  • A passion for fostering inclusive, high-performing teams
  • Familiarity with Digital, Data, and AI capabilities is a plus
