Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to support the Corporate Functions Service Tower (CF) at VOIS, comprising over 3,000 professionals across finance, HR operations, data & analytics, and other corporate services. This individual contributor role is based in Pune and requires strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate with global stakeholders. The role involves delivering end-to-end HR services, driving people strategy, and supporting leadership teams in achieving business goals through effective HR partnership.

Job Responsibility

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Collaborate globally with HR teams to manage talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, learning, and career development
  • Provide coaching and consulting to leaders on organisational effectiveness, employee relations, and retention strategies
  • Support recruitment and talent sourcing initiatives to meet staffing goals
  • Conduct regular governance meetings with senior management to align on people agenda
  • Interface closely with COEs to ensure timely delivery of HR processes and initiatives
  • Lead or support HR projects and initiatives across the business function
  • Identify training needs and coordinate with L&D teams for effective learning interventions
  • Ensure accurate reporting, budgeting, and completion of HR cyclic activities

Requirements

  • 10–12 years of overall experience, with at least 4–5 years in HR Business Partnering roles supporting international markets
  • MBA from a Tier 1 business school preferred
  • Experience in finance services industry is an added advantage
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality
  • Analytical mindset with strong business acumen and attention to detail
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
