We are looking for an HR Business Partner to support our Enterprise Sales organisations across APAC and Greater China (GC), while also contributing to regional HR initiatives within Greater China. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a commercial, fast-paced environment and is eager to build deeper business partnering capability while collaborating closely with experienced HR leadership. You will partner with managers and employees, provide hands-on HR guidance, and support people-related initiatives that enable performance, engagement, and organisational effectiveness.

Job Responsibility

  • Act as a key HR partner, working closely with managers and employees to enable performance, engagement, and effective people practices
  • Provide hands-on HR guidance and act as a trusted first point of contact for managers and employees on policies, processes, and day-to-day people matters within a fast-moving commercial environment
  • Support managers on performance management, employee engagement, reward discussions, absence management, and employee queries, ensuring consistency and sound judgement
  • Contribute to regional HR activities across Greater China, maintaining awareness of local employee relations considerations, emerging themes, and people-related priorities while escalating complex matters appropriately
  • Support employee relations processes by preparing documentation, coordinating discussions, tracking actions, and assisting with the fair and consistent resolution of employee matters
  • Partner closely with the HR Shared Service Centre to ensure smooth delivery of HR operations, maintaining accurate documentation, records, and trackers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Admin and IT teams, to support office initiatives, onboarding, and local operational needs
  • Continuously build knowledge of regional HR practices, employment considerations, and business dynamics, taking increasing ownership of responsibilities as experience grows

Requirements

  • Approx. 3+ years of experience in an HR generalist or HR Business Partner role, ideally within a fast-paced, commercial environment
  • Employee relations exposure and practical understanding of HR policies and processes
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build credibility across cultures and geographies
  • Comfort working in a dynamic, matrixed, multi-country organisation
  • A pragmatic, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to balance autonomy and appropriate escalation
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience supporting or partnering with sales or client-facing teams is advantageous
