Job Description:

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) and Project Lead will support the EU HQ HR and Functional Teams through strategic business partnering and the execution of key projects. This role spans a broad spectrum of responsibilities, from providing generalist HR support to leading and supporting HRIS (Workday) and HR projects across the Europe region, covering 18 countries.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide HR Generalist support for EU HQ Functional teams, including Finance, IT, Marketing, and Operational Excellence
  • Coordinate and manage Workday HRIS projects, providing support to both technical teams and country-level administrators
  • Lead and support a wide range of HR projects across 18 European countries, driving consistency and best practices across the region
  • Manage and execute key HR Operations processes for EU HQ, such as annual pay reviews, bonus calculations, and the end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding)
  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for EU HQ roles to ensure the attraction of high-quality talent
  • Lead employee engagement and enablement initiatives for 50+ EU HQ colleagues to foster a high-performance culture
  • Manage and facilitate the EU employee representative forum, ensuring effective communication and compliance

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partnering role
  • Strong track record of leading or coordinating HR projects, ideally within a multi-country or regional environment
  • Proficiency in Workday HRIS is highly desirable
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at various levels of the organization
  • A relevant degree or CIPD qualification is advantageous
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Ability to travel across Europe as required by project needs
