Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, required
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, required
  • Experience within professional services, staffing/recruiting, financial services, or similarly high-performance industries, strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and HR best practices across multiple states
  • Experience partnering directly with senior leadership and serving as a strategic HR advisor
  • Hands-on experience managing employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and terminations
  • Experience overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, HR operations, and offboarding
  • Ability to support payroll and compensation-related changes, reporting, and HR systems administration
  • Comfortable operating in a highly KPI-driven, fast-moving, and evolving business environment
  • Strong communication, influencing, and coaching skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of an organization
