Job Description:

HR Business Partner (Sales, Sales Ops, Marketing) serves as the primary strategic advisor to the department’s leadership teams, driving people strategies that strengthen performance, engagement, and leadership capability throughout the commercial organization. Provides both strategic and operational support to the U.S. Sales, Sales Operations, and Marketing organizations. Partnering closely with the functional leaders, this role delivers forward-looking solutions that enable growth, foster accountability, and align people initiatives with business objectives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as primary strategic advisor to department leadership teams
  • Drive people strategies to strengthen performance, engagement, and leadership capability
  • Provide strategic and operational support to U.S. Sales, Sales Operations, and Marketing organizations
  • Deliver forward-looking solutions to enable growth and align people initiatives with business objectives
  • Lead efforts to identify, develop, and retain top talent
  • Advise on organization design, workforce planning, and change management
  • Build strong, trusted relationships across teams
  • Play central role in Sales Incentive Program redesign
  • Execute comprehensive talent management strategy (onboarding, coaching, performance management, talent assessments, succession planning)
  • Conduct compensation reviews
  • Deliver training
  • Conduct stay and exit interviews
  • Monitor and track talent metrics
  • Execute annual initiatives (headcount planning, midyear comp analysis, year-end merit increases)
  • Champion Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion (DEI) efforts
  • Lead change management efforts
  • Participate on HR Compliance team
  • Support employee leave of absence and accommodation requests
  • Complete annual workforce planning process
  • Develop and use HR metrics, data, and analytics in decision-making

Requirements:

  • Seven or more years of Human Resources experience
  • Experience in employee relations, talent development, performance management, compliance, recruiting, reporting, analytics, and compensation
  • BS degree preferred
  • Professional HR certification preferred (ex. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
  • Demonstrated competencies: Credible Activist, Capability Builder, Technology Proponent, Customer Focus, Resilience and Work Ethic
