Job Responsibility

  • Partner with functional leaders and executives to drive a people strategy aligned with commercial goals
  • Act as a strategic coach and advisor on leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, and organisational health
  • Work closely with leaders on organisation design, workforce planning, and strategic resource alignment
  • Drive key people initiatives within Finance and Operations, including talent management, succession planning, engagement, and performance enablement
  • Proactively support the business in embedding culture, values, and behavioural expectations into daily ways of working
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations and Payroll teams to deliver a seamless employee lifecycle experience
  • Manage sensitive employee relations cases with a commercial and empathetic approach, ensuring compliance and resolution
  • Partner with the wider HR team to ensure alignment with our job architecture, as well as group-wide performance and compensation philosophies
  • Influence HR wide practices and systems, contributing to a consistent and modern employee experience across all functions and markets

Requirements

  • 10+ years of HR experience, including at least 5 as a Strategic Business Partner
  • Proven experience advising leaders on organisational design, performance, talent, and culture in a scaling, multinational environment
  • Strong understanding of HR compliance and employment law in relevant jurisdictions
  • Experience with HRIS, ATS, LMS, or other HR technology platforms
  • Excellent influencing, coaching, and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organisation
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to turn people data into actionable insights
  • Experience working in matrix organisations and across multiple geographies
  • Fluent in English and Bulgarian
  • additional European languages a plus
