HR Business Partner – Corporate Functions

• Partner with assigned business units to address HR needs and deliver people strategies
• Manage full-spectrum HR functions including hiring, headcount planning, budgeting, and performance reviews
• Provide guidance on organisational structure, talent development, and employee relations
• Ensure alignment of HR practices with company policies and employment regulations
• Monitor and support employee engagement and retention initiatives
• Collaborate on cross-functional HR projects and process improvements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
• Minimum 6 years of relevant HR experience, ideally in a sizeable or matrixed organisation
• Solid understanding of HK employment law
• PRC knowledge is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and confident engaging with senior stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HR systems
