Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Analyst with Workday to join our team in Stillwater, Minnesota, on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will drive HR initiatives by leveraging Workday solutions to optimize recruiting operations and support organizational goals. Acting as a critical link between HR, IT, and business stakeholders, you will ensure system configurations align with strategic objectives and compliance standards.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the configuration, testing, and implementation of Workday modules such as Recruiting and Onboarding
Oversee system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations with external applications
Analyze HR business processes to identify areas for improvement and implement optimized solutions
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional system designs
Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing to ensure successful system adoption
Develop advanced reports and dashboards within Workday to support strategic decision-making
Ensure data accuracy and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
Manage Workday-related projects, including module implementations, process enhancements, and integrations
Create and maintain detailed project documentation, timelines, and progress reports
Partner with HR and IT teams to prioritize initiatives and deliver impactful solutions

Requirements:

Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR project management or business analysis
Proficiency in Workday, including configuration, reporting, and module implementation
Strong knowledge of HR compliance and organizational development
Proven ability to manage people and collaborate across departments
Experience analyzing business processes and translating them into system requirements
Expertise in developing and maintaining advanced reports and dashboards
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Familiarity with data integrity practices and adherence to regulatory standards
