This role plays a pivotal part in winning and delivering major Vodafone Business bids, ensuring people and organisational requirements are effectively planned and managed. As part of the HR Business Partnering team, the HR Bid & Programme Manager leads HR workstreams across large, complex bids and programmes, providing expert programme management, TUPE leadership, governance, and people related risk management throughout the bid lifecycle.

  • Strategic Bid Expertise: experienced in leading HR activity on large, complex bids, shaping compelling people solutions
  • TUPE & Transition Leadership: strong end to end TUPE experience, comfortable leading complex transitions, advising senior stakeholders, managing risk and compliance
  • Commercial and Governance Mindset: understand the commercial realities of strategic bids, ability to provide clear governance, reporting, and insight
  • Trusted Stakeholder Partner: ability to build credibility quickly with senior leaders and cross functional teams, communicating clearly, influencing decisions
  • Strong HR Generalist & Project Leader: confident HR generalist who enjoys leading projects and initiatives, balancing strategic thinking with hands on delivery across the annual People Cycle
