Robert Half is partnering with a growing organization to hire an HR Benefits Specialist. This role is the go-to resource for employees when it comes to benefits, leave, and HR policies, blending administration, compliance, and employee support in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility
Administer employee benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, retirement)
Manage enrollments, qualifying life events, and open enrollment
Serve as the main contact for employee benefit questions
Handle FMLA, ADA, and other leave processes end-to-end
Maintain accurate data in HRIS and benefits systems
Support handbook updates and policy compliance
Monitor employment law changes and coordinate updates
Requirements
3+ years of HR, benefits, or compliance experience
Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, ACA, COBRA, and benefits administration
HRIS experience required
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Clear communicator who can simplify complex topics
