We are looking for a skilled and proactive HR Benefits Coordinator to support our team in Los Angeles, California. This contract position focuses on benefits administration and requires expertise in BambooHR alongside a strong understanding of employee benefits programs. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes while providing assistance to employees regarding benefits and compliance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans
  • Manage open enrollment processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • Maintain employee records and generate reports using BambooHR
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and HR policies with clear and detail-oriented communication
