We are looking for a skilled and proactive HR Benefits Coordinator to support our team in Los Angeles, California. This contract position focuses on benefits administration and requires expertise in BambooHR alongside a strong understanding of employee benefits programs. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes while providing assistance to employees regarding benefits and compliance.
Job Responsibility:
Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans
Manage open enrollment processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
Maintain employee records and generate reports using BambooHR
Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and HR policies with clear and detail-oriented communication
Support the implementation and rollout of new benefits programs or changes to existing plans
Perform administrative tasks such as document management, record keeping, and reporting
Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure accurate benefits data and timely processing
Conduct background checks and ensure compliance with HR regulations
Assist with onboarding processes, ensuring new hires are equipped with necessary information
Monitor HR compliance and address any issues related to benefits or policies
Requirements:
Hands-on experience with BambooHR and other HRIS platforms
Proven expertise in benefits administration and open enrollment processes
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with employees and vendors
Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in record keeping and reporting
Familiarity with HR compliance regulations and best practices
Knowledge of onboarding processes and employee compensation structures
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
