Job Responsibility

  • Assist with onboarding new employees, including paperwork and orientation
  • Maintain employee records and files
  • Maintain employee time in & out
  • Support HR initiatives and programs
  • Collect and analyze data related to facility operations and performance
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management and enhancement of HRIS
  • Work closely with HR teams to streamline processes, improve data accuracy, and provide essential technical support, ensuring the system effectively supports HR operations and strategic goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
  • 0-1 years of experience in administrative/Operational position
