We are looking for an experienced HR Associate to support office management and administrative functions for our team in Andover, Massachusetts. This role is a long-term contract position, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to organizational success through effective coordination and operational support. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in accounting systems and administrative processes, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee and manage office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization across all administrative activities
Utilize accounting software to handle financial tasks such as accounts payable and accounts receivable
Process and manage employee payroll using ADP systems
Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting using Concur
Maintain accurate records and documentation within CRM systems
Provide support for dental office operations using Dentrix Dental Software
Respond to inbound calls promptly, offering attentive assistance and routing inquiries appropriately
Track and monitor project time and attendance using About Time software
Assist with general accounting functions to ensure compliance and accuracy
Collaborate with team members to address operational challenges and streamline processes
Requirements:
Proven experience with accounting software systems, including AP and AR functions
Proficiency in ADP for payroll processing and financial management
Familiarity with Concur for expense tracking and travel coordination
Knowledge of CRM systems for maintaining client and business records
Experience with Dentrix Dental Software is highly preferred
Ability to handle inbound calls professionally and efficiently
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
