Job Description

Principal Accountabilities: Respond to questions on basic administrative HR procedures and practices via multiple channels within our HR Solutions center (e.g., e-mail, phone, and case management system). Answer basic HR policy-related questions for both managers and employees, and escalate as appropriate. Perform routine administrative processes (40%); Educate clients of services available to them and ensure accountability towards self-service tools such as Workday (Arrow’s HRIS) and other systems. (25%); Utilize Workday to process specific employee-related transactions. (25%); Continuously suggest process improvements focusing on standardization related to HR programs, initiatives and inquiries. (10%). Job Complexity: Entry level job with limited prior relevant training or work experience; Acquires basic skills to perform routine tasks; Work is prescribed and completed with little autonomy; Has limited discretion to vary from established procedures; Works with either close supervision or under clearly defined procedures.
