Job Description:

The HR Associate Care Specialist, ASEAN & APAC is responsible for the wing-to-wing HR Operations transactions including onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, queries for ASEAN. This role will also be required to analyze and report key HR metrics at the APAC level and maintaining associates' electronic personnel files.

Job Responsibility:

  • Payroll and Benefits Management: Oversee all payroll-related activities, including new employee setup, data maintenance, payroll queries, and benefits program enrolment
  • Onboarding and Cross-Border Activities: Manage onboarding and cross-border activities for new hires and transferees, including immigration, pre-employment medical check-ups, and Day 1 orientation
  • HR Vendor and Reporting Management: Act as the main contact for HR vendors, handling contracts, invoices, and payments
  • Workday Expertise and Event Support: Serve as a local expert on Workday, providing coaching to associates and managers, and supporting events like benefits enrolment and employee engagement activities
  • Content and Case Management: Coordinate and manage the review and update of HR content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements

Requirements:

  • Possess at least 3 years of HR experience and a minimum of 2 years in payroll and benefit management for ASEAN including recent experience with Workday
  • Demonstrate advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with all levels of associates and cross functional teams
  • Must be comfortable working at multiple time zones

Nice to have:

  • Experience in payroll for ANZ will be advantageous
  • Experience in Case Management Applications will be advantageous
