We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Assistant to support the Human Resources department with daily administrative and employee-related functions. The HR Assistant will assist with recruiting, onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, and general HR support while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Job Responsibility
Assist with recruiting activities, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation, and employment documentation
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
Support benefits enrollment and assist employees with benefit-related questions
Requirements
1+ years of administrative or HR experience preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Nice to have
Experience with HRIS systems is a plus
