Job Responsibility:
You verify monthly invoices and administration for approximately 120 external personnel
you help develop and document practical work processes within the department
you provide training and guidance to other departments on how to handle invoices correctly
you support the team by processing general, non-sensitive HR data
Requirements:
You have a bachelor's degree and preferably 0 to 2 years of work experience working in HR
you speak and write fluent Mandarin and English
you are highly skilled with computer software such as Excel and PowerPoint
you work accurately and have a strong sense of responsibility
