We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Assistant to support the Human Resources department with daily administrative functions. This position will assist with onboarding, employee records management, recruiting coordination, benefits administration, and HR compliance while providing excellent support to employees and leadership.
Job Responsibility
Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation processes
Maintain employee records and ensure HR files are accurate and up to date
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
Assist with posting job openings and tracking applicant activity
Support benefits enrollment and answer basic employee benefit questions
Process employment-related paperwork, including new hires, terminations, and status changes
Assist with payroll data entry and timekeeping records
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
Maintain HR databases and HRIS systems
Prepare reports, correspondence, and other HR-related documentation
Ensure confidentiality of employee information
Support HR projects and other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
High school diploma required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
1-3 years of administrative or HR experience
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
