Our client, a leading property management company, is seeking a detail-oriented HR Assistant to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to support a fast-paced Human Resources department and ensure efficient daily operations within a collaborative setting.
Job Responsibility:
Assist with recruitment activities such as job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Support benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and responding to employee questions
Prepare HR documents, reports, and correspondence as needed
Help coordinate training sessions and compliance initiatives across locations
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs
Provide administrative support for payroll and timekeeping processes as assigned
Contribute to special HR projects and support the HR Manager and broader team
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in HR or administrative support
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Nice to have:
exposure to the property management or real estate industries
experience with HR systems
