We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support human resources operations for a dynamic team in Burnsville, MN. Job Responsibility
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and orientation scheduling
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
Support benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries
Coordinate training sessions and track participation
Help facilitate employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
Prepare reports and presentations related to HR metrics
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
Provide general administrative support to the HR department
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in a human resources support role
Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively

Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices is a plus
