We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Assistant to support daily human resources operations. This role provides administrative support across multiple HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, records management, and employee communications. The ideal candidate is professional, responsive, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
Job Responsibility
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire paperwork and orientation
Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy within HRIS systems
Support recruitment efforts by posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communications
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment activities
Prepare HR-related documents, reports, and correspondence
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
Support HR projects, training initiatives, and employee engagement activities
Perform general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
1+ year of administrative or HR-related experience preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
