Job Responsibility:
Support Norwich City Services Ltd deliver essential HR transactions to the business
Co-ordinating recruitment activity and dealing with starter and leaver processes
Generating payroll documentation and contracts of employment
Respond to a variety of queries and provide advice and support to managers on HR processes and procedures
Maintaining HR records to a high standard
Requirements:
Willing to work towards the Foundation Certificate in People Practice
Experience of delivering a high level of customer service
Experience of interpreting and applying established policies and procedures consistently within a range of situations
Knowledge of key employment practices to ensure legal compliance with contracts of employment
Planning, prioritising and organising skills to effectively deliver individual and service objectives across a busy workload and to deadlines
Highly organised
A communicator
Thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent IT skills
Experience of using HR systems
Comfortable training and supporting others in their use
Effective communication skills
A high level of attention to detail
Ability to ensure delivery of a variety of tasks to deadlines
