We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Assistant to support day-to-day human resources operations. This role will assist with employee records, onboarding, scheduling, benefits administration, and general HR coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Job Responsibility
Assist with onboarding and new hire paperwork
Maintain employee files and HR records
Support benefits enrollment and HR administrative processes
Schedule interviews and coordinate meetings
Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies and procedures
Help prepare reports, letters, and other HR documents
Support recruiting and employee engagement activities
Requirements
At least 6 months of human resources experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Interested in continuing to build a career in human resources.
