As an HR Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting daily HR operations and ensuring a smooth employee experience from hire to onboarding and beyond. Job Responsibility:
Assist with onboarding, new hire paperwork, and orientation coordination
Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
Support recruiting efforts (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
Respond to employee questions and provide HR support as needed
Help with benefits administration and employee communications
Track attendance, timecards, and HR documentation
Assist with compliance and policy updates
Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Requirements:
1+ year of administrative or HR experience preferred
Strong data entry and Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Experience with HRIS or onboarding systems is a plus
