Job Responsibility:
Process employee changes in our HRIS system (SAP) – includes, hires, terms, leaves, role changes, etc.
Onboard new hires
Lead and track engagement activities
Lead and track community involvement activities
Be a sounding board for employees who have concerns, act as a confidential resource
Interact with the workforce in the warehouse to build relationships
Provide HR support to the facility manager and supervisor as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
associate degree or coursework in human resources preferred
Previous administrative or HR support experience is an asset but not required
Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn HR systems quickly
