Job Responsibility:
Coordinate candidate logistics and support onboarding
Assist with benefits and employee processes
Coordinate interview logistics and candidate communication across multiple business areas
Schedule meetings, prepare materials, and manage resume flow
Support campus recruiting efforts including event prep, scheduling, and candidate notifications
Assist with onboarding by preparing paperwork, setting up new hires in systems, tracking documentation, and supporting orientation sessions
Help administer benefits workflows such as enrollments, terminations, billing, and open enrollment coordination
Maintain employee files and trackers
Prepare offboarding materials and schedule exit interviews
Requirements:
Strong interest in HR
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
Excellent writing and communication abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong customer‑service instincts
The discretion needed to handle confidential information
