Job Responsibility:
Assist with new hire onboarding, orientation, and employee offboarding
Maintain accurate employee records and HR files (paper and electronic)
Support recruitment activities, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
Respond to routine employee questions regarding policies, procedures, and benefits
Assist with benefits administration, data entry, and HRIS updates
Help coordinate training sessions, meetings, and HR initiatives
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HR policies and employment laws
Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
1–2 years of administrative or HR-related experience preferred
Interest in human resources and employee support
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
