Job Description:

Our client is a leading Singapore law firm. They are currently looking to hire a HR Assistant to join their business support team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the HR department, assist in recruitment processes, maintain employee records, and help ensure the smooth operation of HR functions.

Job Responsibility:

Assist in posting job openings and scheduling interviews
Support the onboarding process by preparing documents and coordinating induction sessions
Maintain and update employee records with accuracy and confidentiality
Assist in payroll processing and updating the relevant data (e.g., attendance, leave records)
Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits
Help organise company events and employee engagement activities
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
Prepare basic HR reports, such as recruitment and turnover metrics
Assist in managing HR documents and correspondence
Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 1 year of experience in a HR or administrative role
Basic understanding of labour laws and HR best practices
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (preferred)
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality
