Job Responsibility:
Assist with onboarding new hires, including paperwork and orientation scheduling
Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and systems
Support benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries
Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and reports
Schedule interviews, coordinate meetings, and handle routine correspondence
Help organize employee engagement activities and training sessions
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
Requirements:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Previous administrative or HR experience is a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR software
