The HR Assistant provides essential administrative support to the human resources department, helping facilitate HR processes and maintaining accurate employee records. This role supports hiring, onboarding, benefits, and general HR inquiries to ensure a positive employee experience.
Job Responsibility:
Assist with recruitment tasks, such as scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
maintain and update employee records and HR databases
support the onboarding and offboarding process for employees
respond to routine HR inquiries from staff and management
help coordinate employee benefits, training, and events
prepare HR documentation, reports, and correspondence as needed
ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all HR-related information
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
associate degree or HR certification preferred
previous administrative or HR experience is preferred
strong organizational skills and attention to detail
excellent written and verbal communication abilities
ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR information systems
