We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support a short-term filing project in Falmouth, Massachusetts. This contract position will last for approximately three weeks and requires proficiency in managing physical and digital files. You will play a key role in ensuring employee document organization and supporting data entry tasks.
Job Responsibility:
Organize and maintain employee files and invoices to ensure accurate record-keeping
Handle physical filing tasks, including sorting and storing documents in file boxes
Perform scanning of paper documents and upload them into digital systems
Assist with e-filing processes to streamline document accessibility
Enter basic data into Excel spreadsheets as part of the project
Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards during file management
Requirements:
Prior experience with paper filing and document organization
Familiarity with scanning and e-filing processes
Basic proficiency in Excel for data entry tasks
Ability to lift and handle file boxes as needed
