Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Assistant to support the daily administrative functions of the Human Resources department. This role will assist with employee records, onboarding, benefits administration, recruitment coordination, and general HR operations. The ideal candidate is professional, discreet, and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Job Responsibility:
Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team
Maintain employee files and ensure HR records are accurate and up to date
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications
Support recruitment efforts by posting jobs and screening applications
Process employment paperwork, background checks, and new hire documentation
Assist with benefits enrollment and answer basic employee questions
Track attendance, time-off requests, and other employee data
Prepare HR reports, letters, and internal communications
Respond to employee inquiries and escalate issues as appropriate
Help ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
Support special HR projects and other duties as assigned
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
1+ years of administrative or human resources support experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
